This document outlines the terms of use for the 7192 platform, which are binding on all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.
By registering for or using any 7192 service, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 7192 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 7192 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all terms set out herein.
The 7192 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 7192 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account found to be non-compliant.
These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia and cover all services provided by the platform, including Sports Betting, casino, poker, lottery and any additional features that may be introduced in the future.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 7192 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your personal details up to date whenever changes occur. 7192 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. 7192 advises users to:
- Use a strong, unique password that combines letters, numbers and symbols.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Report any suspicious activity to the 7192 support team immediately.
All activity that occurs within your account is considered to be your own unless you can prove otherwise. 7192 bears no liability for losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Payment & Transaction Rules in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 7192 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG eWallet and other methods listed under the Deposit section of your account.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder only. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts that match the registered user's identity. Processing times are subject to the policies of the payment service provider used and may take anywhere from one to several business days.
7192 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity. In such cases, the platform may freeze the relevant account and report it to the appropriate authorities if necessary.
Any bonus or promotional credits applied to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the specific terms of each bonus offer before claiming it.
Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
Users of the 7192 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to others.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
7192 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or involvement in illegal activities.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's policy.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation before it can be withdrawn. 7192 reserves the right to withhold that balance until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limitations
7192 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, data loss or technical errors. The platform is provided "as is" without any specific guarantees of continuous availability. 7192 will endeavour to minimise disruptions but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7192 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software and code — is the exclusive property of the 7192 platform. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 7192.
Third-Party Links
The 7192 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided solely for informational convenience and do not imply that 7192 endorses or is responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services accessed through such links.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
7192 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the 7192 platform after any updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document or the use of the 7192 platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
